   It’s nice to know that there are people like Scott who keep their eyes open for illegal activity such as this.

   It also saddens me to see that there are people who would be so unscrupulous as to take advantage of those in the IM community who enter their details and often pay money to these scoundrels.

   That does not mean the rest of the IM community are also scam artists. The vast majority are legitimate marketers.

   Exposing these scam artists can only bring back more faith about the internet in general.

   Thanks for the heads up, I am sick of Scott Drake stealing my emails that I work so hard to write.

   This is how I make my living, so when Scott Drake steals emails and uses them as his own, then turns around and cries about someone else, it’s comical.

   2 days ago he even copied my newest domain - he never misses a step!

   He even copied my footer, used my links, etc…

   He’s done this several times, and I for one will never do business
   with him, OR any of his “partners”, OR anyone who promotes

   hello,

   I got the alert email from the giveaway announcer, and I did a google search for the search term “Micheal Pinder” and I found that he’s split testing fake co-hosts for the Juggernaut giveaway. I took up the issue on my forum, and one of my members took it up directly with Micheal Pinder at the Ultimate Giveaway blog. I saw the blog, and the forum member (sarah) used the pseudonym “Matt Roman” to show Micheal Pinder how easy it is to fake co-hosts. Well, Micheal Pinder responded to Sarah’s original comment by using Scott Drake’s “The proof is in the pudding” quote to imply that there is none by asking Sarah to post some of that pudding on his blog, but she already had, Micheal Pinder just turned a blind eye to it and keeps denying the truth and Sarah responded to that bone-headedness by telling him that “there’s pleanty of pudding in this conversation” (referring to the conversation on Pinder’s blog). All I can say is that Micheal Pinder is a complete ass.

   An we just found out that Micheal Pinder is running a STOLEN copy of Guido Nussbaum’s Giveaway Announcer Pro that he did pay Guido for. Gee Daniel Armstrong, Anthony debney, Jason debney, Rick Armstrong, Shonda Armstrong, John Walters, Oscar Walters, Marie Ashwell,
   Keith Burton and whatever others names he is using was doing the samething.

    Here is something that Paul Mihai Pavel put out today that I find funny, he obviously hasn’t read my email or the blogs that have posted my email.

    PLEASE READ - VERY IMPORTANT!

    Last 2 days I have received a few messages about
    the allegations related to the Ultimate Giveaway event.

    I am NOT defending anybody, I am just expressing my
    opinion. Here it is:

    1. All started with the message sent 2 days ago by an
    well-known marketer, Scott Drake, who claims that
    Michael Pinder is not Michael Pinder, but a notorious
    hacker. And that’s all, no solid proof is shown…

    2. The owners of Giveaway Manager 2 software have
    not confirmed Scott’s allegations, and they should have
    done that by now, if it was true…

    3. Michael Pinder has recently posted on his blog
    (just click the link below and choose “Blog”)
    a screenshot of the 3 installments paid for
    Giveaway Manager 2 software…
    And I know one thing for sure: thieves DO NOT
    pay installments for whatever they are stealing…

    4. None of the big marketers (except Scott Drake)
    have deleted their membership or gifts from
    the Ultimate Giveaway site…

    Until further notice, it is Scott’s word against Michael’s…

    From my point of view, Michael Pinder (or whoever
    he is) must be considered “NOT GUILTY” until
    a solid proof of his felony is shown…

    You can judge for yourself…

    …but, if you still want to join this giveaway event,
    (by the way, there are some really nice gifts inside)

    1. No Proof shown, well I provided proof from Brad in the email.

    2. Brad has confirmed what I have said not only in my email but in an email to Mieke which she has posted.

    3. After being caught and shutdown before the only way to legally run the software would be to buy it. But when the owner/copyrighter of the software revokes the license that is it you have to stop using it.

    4. I Did not Delete myself from the Giveaway, Pinder Deleted me so he didn’t have to pay me any commissions due.

    I am not sure how much more solid proof Paul wants, but when the owner/copyrighter provides the proof to me that is Proof enough.

    You’re right, I apologize for bringing this up here.

    I know nothing about the giveaway situation, and I do NOT
    support whoever Michael Pinder AKA ….is - I do not know
    him or any of his aliases that I’m aware of.

    So I DO NOT support whoever this is as Scott just suggested.

    It is apparent to ANY objective person when they read my
    email and his email above, that Scott Drake stole my email.
    Maybe change a word here or there, it’s still copied. I don’t
    play word games like Scott is doing, and I don’t steal other
    people’s emails, and pass them off as my own to profit from
    someone else’s work.

    It would be different if it were a one-time thing, but it’s not -
    and when confronted, Scott Drake had the nerve to tell me
    he can use ANY of my writings and pass them off as his
    own to profit from, as long as there is not a disclaimer.

    I don’t think you or anyone would want that happening to
    your business, it’s not only unethical and immoral, it’s
    also illegal.

    I wanted you and your readers to know the about the “hero”
    here - who has not only done this to me, but also to Todd
    Gross and others, and we have ALL confronted him, and
    I’ll continue to confront him where I see him.

    But out of respect for you Mieke, I will not post again here
    regarding Scott Drake stealing my emails. It’s a lost cause,
    and he will not stop.

    Hope you guys get the giveaway mess sorted out.

    One last note…Scott mentioned above that I sold Banner Generator Pro for $10 less than I should.

    Now I don’t equate that the same as stealing another person’s email to profit from, but since Scott has mentioned it here, I need to clear that as

    Well while all these people are protecting Pinder and crying about how their emails are stolen you should know that Pinder hacked Guido’s Giveaway Announcer Script Payment button and obtained an illegal professional version of giveaway announcer.

    If you have signed up to any of his giveaways he has your username he has your password.

    Reading this thread tells me 3 things:

    1. If Michael Pinder… AKA 101 other names can hack this script and
    steal all users usernames and passwords, then the script is not
    secure.

    2. If he can do, then others can too.

    3. It might be a good idea to refrain from joining ANY giveaway
    that uses this script, until the problem can be corrected, if it
    hasn’t been already.

    I have the utmost respect for Brad and the hard work he put into
    creating this script, to see someone else profit from his efforts
    through deceit is sickening.

    Michael Pinder’s crimes aside, we need to focus on how we can
    stop this from happening again. Does anyone know if the script
    security issue has been resolved yet?

    The first day of Fall here in North America - get outside and enjoy

    Ken: The Giveaway Manager 2 wasn’t hacked, the original offense was the hacking of the PayPal button to gain access to the the GWM2 download are for only a penny (see Brads Blog at http://www.giveawaymanager2.com/blog).

    The resent hacking was to one of Brads membership sites and it was only to create a free account.

    There has never been a hacking to gain access to usernames and passwords, but if you run a giveaway as Pinder does you now have peoples usernames and passwords stored in a database that he can access on his own server.

    Again there is no security issue with the script itself.

    Hmm…I’ve been following this issue closely over the past few days. If someone hacks your Paypal button to gain access to software illegally, can’t this person be reported to Paypal and have their account closed down?

    Also, since this started and I’ve made posts about this on my own blog, someone has tried to hack two of my Paypal buttons to bypass them and gain access to items I have been selling. Coincidence? I hope so!

    Justme, may I ask you to stop being a chicken and start posting under your real name (and not a spam email address) or stop posting at all. It’s easy to speak blatantly, but you don’t even have the guts to sign with your own name.
    I won’t delete your previous posts, since people commented on it, but I will do so in the future.

    I’ve contacted Michael Pinder and asked him if he’d like to comment. It wasn’t simple, since his helpdesk isn’t working - which is not really a good thing concerning his credibility.

    About the script security:
    I don’t know if this would make it 100% secure, but maybe it would be a good idea to protect big scripts like GWM2 by forcing customers to register (a) domain(s) before they can use the script. I’m pretty sure there are scripts around that even allow the admin to disable the script once a user’s license has been revoked…

    Stealing is an Interesting word out of your mouth, You basically Stole Giveaway Manager 2 from Brad and Guido, you Steal from every author when you download their work from Warez and Torrent sites and sell it for profit. What have you created that is beneficial and creative all on your own?     Not being a hacker or even interested in hacking I couldn’t begin to tell you how to do it, I have heard of it being done not only for GWM2 but other sites that have had it done to them.

    Heck if hackers can get into Corporate and Government computer systems I am sure a encyrpted PayPal button would be cake for them.

    No - it wasn’t a hack, but they just screwed me too…

    I sent that link out to JV partners who sold 10 or more
    copies the previous product release…I sent it to them
    to download the product for review, and access the
    affiliate signup link.

    So they gave it away for free to everyone else…what
    asses.

    attention.

    I pinged three of Micheal Pinder’s known websites and the IP address it returned was 67.19.219.242, so before you join any giveaway events, be sure to ping the site that’s hosting the giveaway event and if the IP address is 67.19.219.242, don’t join. I will be paying close attention to future giveaway events, pinging every single one that I get a promotion for. The only exception is the giveaway events Scott promotes unless it’s also being promoted by someone who has a history of promoting illegal giveaways, which there’s only one list I’m subscribed to who I know has that history (the only reason I’m still subscribed to their list is because they make it impossible to unsubscribe unless you email them). The reason I don’t want to email him is because his support for Micheal Pinder is so sick that I feel like I need to follow them so I can sound the alert when I get enough information on him to identify him as either working with or being a pseudonym for Micheal Pinder, aka Richard Hulston. His newsletter is know as the Gambler Man newsletter and the name he goes by is Ross “The Pit Boss”. I have not yet identified him as being another one of Richard Hulston’s creations, but his support Micheal Pinder is so suspicious that I’m beginning to wonder if this is Richard Hulston (aka Micheal Pinder) in disguise

    O.K. guys, I really don’t like posting on blogs about things that are discussed here but now I gotta step in.

    First of all let me share the current facts that I know about Michael Pinder. He did in fact pay for GWM 2 and Brad was watching his actions for a while since he connected his IPs to hacking attacks that happened. I must confess, I didn’t research anything that happened from Micheal Pinder… I only researched what happened earlier this year with that Daniel Armstrong hacker… but I’ll get into research as soon as I have time for this. Anyways, I trust Brad’s judgement and Brad has cancelled the license for their GWM 2 due to hacking attacks from them on Brad’s sites and other people’s sites.

    In my database of the Giveaway Announcer Micheal Pinder and Borge Hansen are free members, so I was wondering where they got the paid version from. I’ve tried to submit a help desk request which isn’t working… so I’ve posted a comment on their blog without an anwer so far. So I’m currently waiting for an answer from them on this issue. I’ve not said that it is an illegal version, I’m waiting for their proof that they have paid for it and only if they can not provide this proof, then it’s an illegal version.

    Next Topic: Rodger Hyatt. I have an agreement with him for the GWM 2 software. He did NOT steal the script or anything, neither did he say he wouldn’t pay me…. I’m pretty sure he’ll pay me soon. So what does that have to do on this blog here?

    All you guys here are kinda known internet marketers… what do you think people will think of you (and maybe even think of me as my name appears in your postings) when you post stuff like this on a blog?

    You guys are talking here about private agreements that nobody is supposed to know about.

    As for it being Stealing or Not, that all depends on how you look at things ie: is the glass 1/2 full or 1/2 empty.

    IMHO Not paying for something when a promise to pay for it has been made is Stealing or the Legal Term here in the US is: Theft by Deception

    If he’s so adept on paying you why doesn’t he do it now that he has money from Todd’s launch of Easy Offline Riches?Last I checked he was in 11th place.

    Yes its been about a week since i have been labeled a Hacker, not very nice to be named a hacker, i must say.
    Anyway, for all of those who don’t know me i am the REAL MICHEAL PINDER, i have no alias names.

    First of all i can promise you that what has been said in various blogs, over the past week, is all FAKE.

    Let me just state to everyone, i will be putting a post on my blog very soon, i have been trying to put it all together in sections so everyone can understand, and not get confussed.

    It’s been at least 2 weeks, and you haven’t had time to come up
    with a reply?

    So you come here to “reply” that you need more time to compile
    information so the we can understand it?

    I emailed you last week when you sent out my JV download link
    to all your members of your giveaway and gave 50+ copies of
    my download away for free.

    You replied and said it was someone else named “Borge” that
    did that, and that “they” would contact me.

    Of course “they” never did contact me.

    50 downloads X $10 each - will you be paying me that,
    or with “Borge” be paying it?

    yeah right…

    So at best you’re a liar.

    At worst, you’re what everyone else says you are,
    a hacker and criminal.

    If I read shit like this about me, it wouldn’t take me
    10 days to reply, and when I did - I wouldn’t come
    and tell people I need some more time to collect
    information so that they could understand it like
    I was speaking to a class of children.

    It would take me all of 5 minutes to state my case,
    if I were innocent. The truth is easy to remember.

    I think we all understand pretty clearly what type of

    As it happens i had some computer problems, so i had to reboot, which took me longer to do.

    #1 - the link the so called “Borge” sent out,
    was indeed a DOWNLOAD link, that had the
    affiliate link on the download page.

    Everyone here can confirm that, because the
    link is posted above in this thread by another
    marketer.

    Once I saw it, I disabled it.

    He’s guilty as hell and can’t talk his way out of it.

    The whole Pinder/Borge Identity has been busted.

    No way he can get out of distributing a download link as it was in clear view as soon as the page loaded and the affiliate link was obscure at the bottom. I hate liar and thieves and hackers even worse.

    Pinder I deleted you from the #1 Firesale as soonas I saw your name.Don’t try and get in on an alias either.We have your IP addresses and are tracking you.

    I`m not interested in your new Venture.

    Infact i think you are ripping contributors off left right and centre.
    If a contributor uploads there product for you to sell, then how are they making any money from that.

    Not all contributors will upgrade there account, and most of the members won’t either.

    So if a contributor adds there product and upgrades there account, then they are paying you to sell there product for them.

    Hence what do they get out of this.??

    A few subscribers??

    If i was a contributor i wouldn’t upgrade and i hope they don’t.
