Message to whoever read the deleted review & update I deleted my review for the Giveaway Buddy membership site since it appears that whatever I do, I get shot anyway. After the initial review, I received messages from people who thought my review wasn’t reflecting reality - after the update I made, I was accused of being too honest and showing lack of respect. I won’t say another word about this case, except for this: I have never taken any action with the intention of discrediting anyone. I just assumed my readers and visitors would appreciate honesty. Maybe I should have thought twice…

First of all, I am reading this, after the review was deleted.
I haven’t read it but reading between the lines above, and having bought into this membership refered to with my last 10 bucks this month, I don’t have a problem saying I was very disappointed. The one thing promised, a membership script, is “coming soon” and it is called a light version.
I was very disappointed having spent money on this site.
It looks like I will find more of what I wanted right here without even having to spend any cash. Thank you for this helpful site. I am off to read your downloads on what contributers need to know and do.

The script that was promised but not delivered yet is a lite version of a new giveaway script I am working on. I made a deal with Ernie to give him exclusive rights to distribute the lite version for free. However, due to everyone in my house, including myself, being sick for over a week I was not able to deliver the script to Ernie before his site launched.
Once I finish the coding to the lite version it will be delivered to Ernie to be added to his site, which should be in the next few days.
I think you should have left the review. Being a critic is a good thing if it will help the admin improve his service.
I have looked at giveaway buddy but did not join because I did not see the value of paying $9.97 a month. hmm could be the sales copy?
I also am very familiar with giveaways and think he is on to a possible good idea, just wonder how he is going to make it work. I will continue watching and I will post a review from the inside if I think it is worth it.
Johnny, I am interested in looking at your script. Once I finish putting together my giveaway funnel I will be doing a giveaway and am already looking at 2 of the bigger ones.

I didn’t read the original review either, but I did read your post about no ads on your thank you page. That’s just silly. It sickens me when I see people putting an ad for an affiliate program and linking straight to it, and nobody moderates half the time.
I’m getting off track here. Whatever you do, somebody else is going to disagree. I’ve been watching a post over on Mashable, for 2 weeks, where people are arguing back and forth about the topic. And no matter how many good points you make, the next person is only going to hear what they want to and fire back accordingly.
To Laurie: I don’t where you get scripts, but for $10 you can’t expect much. You could get Membership Ease for $7 or Memberfire for $47. B-)
